Not all processes and tasks are possible to automate as is. The solution to that is to identify the obstacles and change the process or solution accordingly. We found that this is almost always possible to do.

What you need to do is to design your solutions and processes so that they can be automated and set up your organization to support it. This requires a deep understanding of management, finance, engineering and IT. One final piece of the puzzle is to implement changes in such a way that normal operations are not disrupted and that they inject positive energy into the organization.
